Thor and Hulk have both been (mostly) MIA since the incident in Sokovia in Age of Ultron but they’re both back in November for Thor: Ragnorak. The third Thor movie, directed by What We Do in the Shadows director Taika Waititi, finds Thor without Mjolnir and Asgard facing destruction at the hands of Hela (Cate Blanchett). Seemingly looking for help, Thor heads to the planet Sakaar but is captured by Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson) and put into the gladiatorial games of the Grandmaster (Jeff Goldblum) and comes face to face with Gladiator Hulk, giving us the closest thing we’ll get to an MCU Planet Hulk movie. It looks like this movie is 100% taking cues from Guardians, with 80’s style title effects and Led Zepplin scoring the trailer. This looks like it has the potential to be the best Thor movie yet and hopefully one of the best entries in the MCU period. It’s out on November 3rd and you can check out the trailer below.
I’m like the J. Jonah Jameson of Everything Action, writing and editing and constantly demanding pictures of Spider-Man.
