Borat Returns to America in October on Amazon (Trailer)

Kazakhstan’s biggest celebrity is back on October 23rd when Borat Subsequent Moviefilm arrives on Prime Video.  Sacha Baron Cohen returns as Borat, who despite bringing much shame and embarrassment to his countrymen with his first film, has been dispatched back to the US on a diplomatic mission: deliver his daughter (Maria Bakalova) as a gift to someone high ranking in the Trump White House.  Because of how popular and memorable the first movie was, there’s a gimmick this time around that Borat has to adopt disguises to avoid being recognized, a Sacha Baron Cohen staple since Da Ali G show that birthed Borat.  It looks like a lot of the same insanity going on, possibly even more so as the movie was filmed recently during the pandemic and during the current political climate.  Check out the trailer below.
