Disney Heads to Strange World in November (Trailer)

Disney Animation is headed into a wild, uncharted world in November with Strange World, inspired by classic adventure stories from stuff like pulp magazines.  Jake Gyllenhaal stars as Searcher Clade, whose father was a famous adventurer and explorer but Searcher wishes to just live a quiet life on his farm with his family.  When he’s recruited for an expedition of utmost importance, he and his family find themselves in a bizarre world of weird landscapes and creatures but also Jaeger Clade (Dennis Quaid), Searcher’s long-lost father.  Gabrielle Union, Jaboukie Young-White, and Lucy Liu co-star, and Don Hall, who directed Big Hero 6 and Raya and the Last Dragon, is directing Strange World.  The movie is out on November 23rd and you can check out the trailer below.
