The Ninja Turtles Face an Army of Mutants in TMNT: Mutant Mayhem (Trailer)

Seemingly taking a cue from the Spiderverse, the TMNT are back for a new movie in August that has a striking and unique visual style.  Coming from Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, TMNT: Mutant Mayhem finds the Ninja Turtles as young teenagers, eager to explore the world above the sewers but being kept in the shadows by their protective father Splinter (Jackie Chan).  When the boys do make it topside, they befriend April O’Neil (Ayo Edebiri), who tells them about a mysterious criminal named Superfly who is responsible for a string of crimes around the city.  Thinking this is their chance to become heroes and earn the adulation of the city, the Turtles investigate and discover Superfly is a fellow mutant, with an army of other mutants behind him and he’s looking to destroy the human world.  Ice Cube voices Superfly and Rose Byrne, Paul Rudd, Natasha Demetriou, Post Malone, Maya Rudolph, Hannibal Buress, Brady Noon, Nicolas Cantu, Micah Abbey, and Shamon Brown Jr. co-star.  The movie Jeff Rowe and Kyler Spears, who worked on Disenchantment, The Mitchells vs The Machines, Gravity Falls and more.  TMNT: Mutant Mayhem is in theaters on August 2nd and you can check out the new trailer below.
