Blumhouse Brings Time Travel Horror Comedy to Amazon with Totally Killer (Trailer)
Seemingly in line with their other horror comedies like Happy Death Day and Freaky, Blumhouse sends Kiernan Shipka back to the 80s in Totally Killer. Shipka plays Jamie Hughes, whose mother was the sole survivor of a vicious 80s slasher dubbed “The Sweet Sixteen Killer”. When the killer returns and targets Jamie, she seeks shelter where there just happens to be a time machine, which sends her back to the 80s. Running into her teenage mom and her friends, Jamie is determined to stop the killer in the past and the future. Julie Bowen, Randall Park, Olivia Holt, Lochlyn Munro, Charlie Gillespie, and Liana Liberato co-star and the movie was directed by Nahnatchka Khan, who directed Always Be My Maybe for Netflix along with working on TV shows like Young Rock and Fresh Off the Boat. Totally Killer is out on October 6th and you can check out the trailer below.
