Echo Throws it Back to the Netflix Marvel Era in January (Trailer)
Picking up from the events of Hawkeye, Maya Lopez aka Echo returns in January for a gritty-looking Marvel Disney+ series that feels like a throwback to the Netflix shows. Alaqua Cox is back to star as Maya, who returns to her hometown in Oklahoma after her confrontation with Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) in the final episode of Hawkeye. She reconnects with her Native American roots and must confront her past as one of Fisk’s main enforcers and ultimately face the Kingpin again. Chaske Spencer, Tantoo Cardinal, Graham Greene, Cody Lightning, Devery Jacobs, and Zahn McClarnnon co-star and, along with D’Onofrio, Charlie Cox returns as Matt Murdock aka Daredevil. All 10 episodes of the series will drop on both Hulu and Disney+ on January 10th and you can check out the trailer below.
