Rick and Michonne Return in The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live (Trailer)
After leaving the main series at various points before it concluded, Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurira are returning to The Walking Dead universe for the limited series, The Ones Who Live. Rick Grimes (Lincoln) went missing early in season 9 of The Walking Dead after seemingly sacrificing himself to destroy a large horde of walkers while Michonne (Gurira) went looking for him late in season 10. Both characters were briefly glimpsed in a teaser at the end of The Walking Dead series finale and the events that feed into The One Who Live were set up in another Walking Dead spin-off, The World Beyond. Rick finds himself working under the thumb of the Civic Republic, a massive military force that operates in the mid-west of the former United States while Michonne has joined a motley group of fellow survivors on her quest to find Rick. Pollyanna McIntosh, who appeared on The Walking Dead and The World Beyond, co-stars on The Ones Who Live with Lesley Ann-Brandt and Terry O’Quinn. Scott Gimple and Danai Gurira co-created the series and Gimple, Gurira and Lincoln co-wrote the first episode. The series begins on AMC and AMC+ on February 25th. Check out the trailer below.
