Everything Action Commentary: Home Sweet Home Alone

For the final commentary of 2021, Zach and Chris celebrate the holidays with special guests Sam and Joe by watching the latest entry in the Home Alone series, Home Sweet Home Alone.

When spoiled rich kid Max (Archie Yates) is left home alone while his family jets off to Japan, he gets into a misunderstanding with struggling local couple Pam and Jeff McKenzie (Ellie Kemper and Rob Delaney), who believe that Max stole a valuable doll from their home during an open house and are desperate to get it back and save their family’s home.  The guys try to figure out who the true villain is, the danger of the Cloud, the unexplained family dynamics, the lame attempts to copy the original Home Alone, how the movie lured in so many excellent comedic actors and more.  The movie is streaming on Disney+ and you can sync up the commentary below to the movie and watch along with the Everything Action crew.
