A pretty slow week for new releases but a couple of the bigger fall movies are out this week like Moneyball and our Pick of the Week, Killer Elite.

Probably best known as The Kurgan from Highlander, Clancy Brown had lended his deep voice to tons of video games and cartoons and has appeared in movie like Starship Troopers and, most recently, Cowboys & Aliens.

The first of Hasbro’s board game to movie adaptations is Battleship, starring Liam Neeson and directed by Peter Berg. Check out the first trailer.

Although you’ve probably never seen his face, if you’ve watched any 80′s cartoon you’ve probably heard at least 3 different versions of “voice god” Frank Welker’s voice.

Tons of directing news this week including who will be directing the new Godzilla movie and the Ouija board movie.

Not the best guy to console you after a Terminator attack but definitely the guy you want to narrate your video game.

Things finally pick up with a bunch of new DVDs and Blu Rays this week.

Nothing too big coming out this week but still some stuff worth checking out.

It’s the end of the year and that means it’s time to hand out our annual Kick Ass Awards. Who will be Ass Kicker of the Year?
