Kate Beckinsale Gives July a Jolt on Prime Video (Trailer)
This weekend’s The Tomorrow War isn’t the only action blockbuster coming to Prime Video in July. Kate Beckinsale is starring in the John Wickesque Jolt, although there’s definitely a bit of Crank in there as well. Beckinsale plays Lindy, a bouncer who has homicidal rage issues. She keeps her anger in check with electrical shock treatment but she fully unleashes her rage when her boyfriend, played by Jai Courtney, is murdered and she goes on a revenge quest to take out those responsible. Bobby Cannavale, Stanley Tucci, Susan Sarandon, David Bradley, Laverne Cox, and Lili Rich co-star, and the movie is directed by Tanya Wexler, who most recently directed the Zoey Deutch comedy Buffaloed. The movie is out on July 23rd on Prime Video and you can check out the trailer below.
